How long will it take to create and submit my videos?
Depending on which package you odered, submission times can take anywhere from 2-3 business days. For a custom order, please contact us for an estimate on completion time.
What will my videos look like?
The videos we create are custom to your order and your website and will be far from a boring powerpoint slideshow. The videos we create include several video effects and transitions and can include both video and still pictures such as logos. For a good idea of how your video will look like please visit our videos section.
What's the completion report and what's in it?
The completion report is our proof to you that your videos have been completed and submitted to the video directory sites that we promised. The completion report contains the URLs in which your videos can be found online.
What do I need to provide for you to create and submit my videos?
- The following are required for us to be able to create and submit your videos:
- 1. Your website's URL
- 2. Logo you want to include
- 3. Title you want for your videos
- 4. Phrases you want included in your videos
- 5. A short description of your company, website or service
Upon payment we will contact you for this information so we can get started on your order.
What video sites do you submit to?
- We submit to several video sites and the sites we submit to may change without notice. Below is our most current and complete list:
- YouTube
- DailyMotion
- Yahoo
- Photobucket
Your video is live within a few minutes of us submitting it.
When will my video appear in the search engines?
It depends. It can be a few days to a week or two.
Why are the videos only 30-60 seconds long?
By having your videos short and to the point, your viewers will not lose interest and will more likely want to visit your website to learn more. Initialy you want to give your viewers a taste, not the whole meal. The whole meal comes when they visit your website.
Do I need to provide you with my login for all the video sites you submit to?
We don't require that you provide us with your various video submission site logins because we know not everyone has an account created with all the video submission sites. If you do happen to have an account created with all the video submission sites we submit to, we would be more than happy to submit your videos under your account otherwise your videos will be submitted under one of our accounts we provide.
Will I get a copy of the videos you create for me?
Yes! We will provide you with a copy of each video we create for you. The videos will be provided to you in flv format (.flv) for your convenience in web applications.
Do I own all the videos you create for me?
Yes! Since every video we create is unique to your website or business your videos are yours to keep and you may do what you want with them.
